Established in 1981, Homeless Connections has adapted to meet the needs of people both homeless and at-risk of homelessness in the Fox Valley community.
Homeless Connections serves more than 3,000 people annually through our 4 core areas of impact: Prevention, Outreach, Shelter, and Resources.
As a leader in the fight against homelessness in the Fox Valley, Homeless Connections works collaboratively to improve the quality of living for the people we serve as well as the community as a whole.
Our volunteers make a difference every day. Check out this article about our volunteer of the year for 2015 to learn a little bit more about what volunteers do to support our mission and vision: http://www.postcrescent.com/story/life/2016/05/12/appleton-volunteer-makes-key-connections/84176618/
