Who We Are

Independence Starts Here

At Valley Packaging Industries (VPI) of Appleton, Wisconsin, our wide-ranging person-centered programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals seeking to become more independent through workforce employment and/or other community-based services.

Our Mission

To promote the dignity and worth of individuals who have disabilities or are disadvantaged, and to assist them in developing their optimum level of social, vocational and economic independence in the Fox Valley community.

Who We Are

VPI operates under a solid belief that work is the foundation for building independence. We are a not-for-profit corporation that provides creative and comprehensive training, employment and community living services to assist people in becoming more independent and self-sufficient. VPI is committed to meeting the needs of the individual.

What We Do

In fulfilling its mission, Valley Packaging has developed several outreach programs to meet community needs. Of those programs, the following programs rely on volunteer support to meet their goals.

Community 2000 - A Community Outreach Program for residents of the Seymour and Shiocton School Districts

Special Olympics - Provides year-round sports training and competition for athletes with intellectual disabilities.

Clare Kiepke Outreach CenterĀ  - a drop -in center designed to assist people with chronic mental illness maintain and improve their quality of life. It provides community support activities and outreach services to members.
